mystery project revealed

Nothing is as boring as a knitting blog with no knitting (but I see you where amused with the squirrel). However, with the holidays around it's hard to post what your working on.

One of my mystery knits was gifted last night, so I can post it!





This was a challenge to knit. Lots of ends and colors. However, it was for a master knitter and designer extraordinare, who has taught me many things and fixed lots of my knitting booboos over the years. So I had the joy of not only knitting for someone who would appreciate it, but would understand every little manipulation and trial involved. I've heard 'knitters don't knit for other knitters' but really, who better to knit for?
