Consider buying a raffle ticket for Vinnie. Vinnie was a very sick doggie that was recently brought home to be fostered/adopted. His medical bills where picked up by the rescue organization 4 Paws Sake, but that cost them over $1000 so far. That's money I'm sure they could use back to help other little guys.
